Healthy Smoothies Of the Day

Healthy Smoothies 
W.A.L.T make healthy and delicious smoothies

Yesterday we made up recipes for our smoothie advertisement posters.
We searched up what is healthy in the ingredients that we used for our smoothies
Here is a picture of the advertisement poster me and my buddy Blake did------------------>
We called it a cool little FUNKY name a Tuti-Fruiti Smoothie!
If you want to make it you will need...
5 blueberries
5 strawberries
1 banana
1/2 a can peaches(drained)
1/4 a jar of pitted cherries (drained)
1/2 mango
1 cup of coconut water
5 apple slices
And a blender and a pineapple  blend all ingredients grab the pineapple chop off the top empty the fruit in the middle chill it for 15 mins the pour your smoothie in and there you are your own Tuti-Fruti SMOOTHIE!!!
